Contact Form and Contact Form Submissions

When you submit the contact form located at https://capable.games/contact checks are made to verify that you’re a real person using Google ReCAPTCHA (please also refer to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service) and other means. Once these checks have been completed a record of your form submission is stored on our server and emailed to Capable Games (please See “Email Communication” below). While the email only contains the information contained within the form you submitted and the date/time, the copy stored on our server contains additional information including but not limited to your user ID if you have an account and were signed in, your IP address as it was when submitting the form and browser User Agent.

Email communication

When you send an email (or fill out the contact form, as that sends an email, too) data is transmitted across the internet and may not necessarily be encrypted or otherwise protected. Unfortunately this is a restriction in global email systems and not something we can control. Once your email has reached the email servers used by Capable Games it is scanned to prevent spam and virus transmission before being delivered to the appropriate inbox. While stored on the email server emails are contractually protected from access from our third party provider without permission.

We do not maintain or use mailing lists at Capable Games.

You may be contacted via email in 2 scenarios:
